 Jena is a director at one of largest community behavioral health agencies in the region and serves as a mental health liaison for the local police department. She spearheads initiatives aimed at domestic violence and community safety, and supports emergency responders through Montgomery County's CISM Team. Whether she’s saving lives on the ambulance or weaving magic in the therapy room, Jena brings a wealth of experience to her clients, peers, and supervisees. Jena’s mentoring style is kind, but firm. She’ll help you identify growth areas and teach you specific skills such as setting boundaries with clients or navigating difficult conversations with family members.  Jena will help you grow into a master clinician. 

Annalisa is the founder and director of a successful private practice in southeastern Pennsylvania that specializes in animal-assisted and nature-based therapy for people of all ages.  Thanks to a diverse background in start-ups, non-profits, and clinical practice, Annalisa has embraced the role of entrepreneur. She believes that therapists can and should earn a generous living while serving our clients. Her most recent endeavor – authoring a book – showcases her capacity for introspection and vulnerability, qualities she leverages to create meaningful connections with her clients and supervisees. Annalisa’s mentorship is often of a practical nature: How do you write a scalable business plan? How do you credential with insurance companies? How do safely invite animals or other creative approaches into your practice?  Annalisa is here to answer your questions.
