Individual Supervision (1 hour per week): Personalized one-on-one sessions with an experienced LCSW or LPC, depending upon your board requirements. Individual supervision allows for deeper conversations to address individual challenges, process clinical experiences, and facilitate professional growth. This is an opportunity to explore personal strengths and growth areas in a confidential setting.
Group Supervision (1 hour per week):
Collaborative sessions with your cohort co-facilitated by both supervisors. Group supervision allows you to consult on clinical cases, share insights, and receive feedback.
Monthly Workshops (1 hour per month): Our monthly workshops are devoted to self-care, professional development, clinical skill-building, ethics, and specialized training in CBT, animal-assisted therapy, narrative therapy, ecotherapy, and more.
Annual Events (3 per year): Most sessions are virtual, however 3 times per year you will be invited to the "outdoor classroom" at Unleashed Counseling for an in-person event (with therapy dogs!) The kick-off meeting, self-care days, and graduation will fill your cup and strengthen the bond in your cohort.
